Cranberry Apple Crisp

2 cups chopped cranberries (fresh or fresh frozen)
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
10 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.  Melt butter over low heat
3.  Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl
4.  Drop in eggs and mix until crumbly (mixture will look like streusel)
5.  Spread sliced apples and cranberries in a 9"x13" baking dish
6.  Distribute topping over apples then drizzle with butter
7.  Sprinkle cinnamon
8.  Bake 45 minutes or until topping is golden brown

Serves 8-12.
