Cranberry Orange Relish
2 cups cranberries (fresh or fresh frozen)
1 large orange
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1. Place cranberries in food processor or chopper and chop at medium.
2. Remove the white membrane and seeds from the orange and place with rind in food processor.
3. Add sugar and mix all well.
4. Store in covered jar in the refrigerator.
Serve with meat or fish. Makes 2 cups.
