Annie's Crannies - Recipes
Cranberry Poinsettias

4 cups cranberries
2 cups boiling water
2 cups granulated sugar

1.  Bring water to a full boil and add cranberries
2.  Cook until cranberries all pop, stirring occasionally
3.  Add sugar, stir until completely dissolved
4.  Pour into prepared sterilized bowl or jelly jars and let stand until cool
5.  Refrigerate until completely set

Makes 4 cups.
